I’m looking for support – how can you help me?

As WordPress experts, we take the pain out of supporting your WordPress business. We do this by solving your website issues so you can focus on your business. Want to make sure we are a good fit, contact us and lets talk.

What do you mean by 24/7 support?

We are available for emergencies 24/7. However, most non-urgent work is done during regular business hours Monday – Friday.

I don’t need a subscription. Can I still get support?

Yes. If having a monthly subscription isn’t right for you, you can sign up to receive support for one-off items. See the Single Job pricing option.

Are there any contracts?

No. Subscriptions are billed monthly and there are no contracts or fees to worry about. If you no longer need the service, you can cancel at any time.

How long does each support request take?

We finish small requests the same business day they are received. Weekend requests are handled first thing Monday morning. Let us know if you have an emergency and we will do our best to accommodate.

How long do you keep backups for if I sign up for Autopilot?

We keep your backups for 90 days. If you decide you want to restore your site to an earlier date, or if something goes wrong and you need a previous version, we’ve got you covered.

If I sign up today, can you work on my problem?

Yes. Once your account is all set up, you will be able to submit requests and have them worked on the same day you sign up.

Can I signup for more than one site?

Yes. You can sign up for as many sites as you need. The subscriptions are good for one site so you will need a new subscription for each site. See our pricing options for more information.

What limitations are there?

Each subscription comes with different levels of support. They are generally limited by the amount of time each request is allowed. See our pricing options for more information.

I just set up a new site. Can you help me get off to a good start?

When you start a WordPress site, the right setup can make a huge difference. We can configure your site with the best practices for security and performance.

If my site gets hacked, can you help?

Yes. We can help as long as the fixes fall within the limitations of your subscription. We also reserve the right to be generous and will go above and beyond to help fix your site.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Absolutely. If you aren’t completely satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, we will refund your subscription.
